Claims enquiry
You can access live claims data for your motor fleet. Access is instantaneous and available 24/7. For example, you can view an assessors report as soon as it is received by a Zurich claims handler. A limited level of access can be granted to managers or employees looking after specific areas of your business to enable them to report on their divisions’ claims history.
Monitor performance
opendoor™ allows you to monitor your motor fleet claims at every level of your business i.e. branch, subsidiary, or employee. It is fully transparent and ensures our claims specialists handle your motor fleet claims quickly, efficiently and within agreed service standards. You can export and save your claims data in the most commonly used formats today i.e. PDF, CSV, XLS. Claims data can be collated with any telematics data you may already by using.
